Presenting authors must complete their registration by May 16, 2025 to confirm their participation.

Oral Presentations

• Each oral presentation will have a total duration of 20 minutes: 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
• The projectors are optimized for 16:9 aspect ratio, so presenters are encouraged to format their slides accordingly.

Poster Presentations

• Poster sessions will be held on June 16 and 17 after lunch.
• Each presenter is assigned a specific day and is expected to remain at their poster for the entire session.
• Posters can be attached to their designated spots for the duration of the conference.
