Presenting authors should complete their registration by -

Lecture Presentations

• Lecture presentations will be a total of 15 minutes long (12 minutes for presentation +3 minutres for Q&A).
• For invited talks, the presentations wil lbe 30 minutres (25minutres for presenation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
• The projectors are designed for 16:9 presentations so he authors are encourages to prepare their presentations with that proportion.

Poster Presentations

• Poster sessions will take place on June 16. Each poster presenter is assigned to tpresent on a sepcific day-presenters are expected to be at their poster during the full session.
