- In-person registration includes access to the technical sessions, welcome reception, banquets, coffee breaks, and a downloadable copy of the proceedings.
- In-person student lecture registration will provide lunch on Sunday.
- Conference Registration Refund Policy
Before the Early Registration Deadline: Full refund (100%)
After the Early Registration Deadline ~ One Day Before the Conference: Partial refund (50%)
On or After the Conference Date: No refund - * ”Undergraduate students who are presenting posters or giving oral presentations are required to register as regular student participants.＂
